This program is designed for men who have never stepped foot in the gym. With over 50 different exercises that will teach you the fundamentals of strength training, muscle building, core strengthening and how to warm up before working out to avoid injury! Your first step on the road to your fitness journey success!

This program is designed for men who have completed the “Men’s Introduction into the Gym” workout program. It is a 4 day Upper Body Strength, Lower Body Strength, Upper Body Hypertrophy and Lower Body Hypertrophy split. The goal with this program is to start building your strength while also building lean muscle mass.

The split for this program is Monday (Strength legs), Tuesday (Chest/Arms/Core), Wednesday (Rest), Thursday (Back), Friday (High Volume Legs) & Saturday (Shoulders/Core). The Train No Limits online training option is great for people who are not located in the GTA Or would like a cheaper option for personal training . We offer our online clients 24/7 support guidance , macro nutrient coaching with a diet plan. Online clients will be given a custom workout program to follow and you will be tracking your workouts & nutrition so that we can see your progress as the weeks go by. NLT works closely with our online clients doing daily nutrition and workout reports to make sure they get the results they are working towards!*This is not virtual 1on1*
