MEET THE TRAINERS
My name is O’Neil Luscombe, Owner of Train No limits. I am a young fitness entrepreneur who has lived an active lifestyle my entire life.
Things took a turn for the worse in 2015 and again a year later in 2016 where I endured two traumatic accidents causing extensive injuries.
In 2015 I broke both my elbows which left my arms in cast and me feeling helpless. A few months into my recovery, I decided to take things into my own hands and aggressively work on my physiotherapy from home to gain my mobility back as quickly as I could. I pushed through the pain, achieved full functionality that I was able to return to the gym within months.
Unfortunately, about one year later; I ended up in a motorcycle accident where I broke my femur which required surgery. Having my leg completely immobilized, left me hungry to get back in the gym. During this recovery, I realized I had the passion and drive I had to keep myself active and reach new goals.
It became clear to me that I could use this to inspire others as well. I have had to overcome many barriers to the physique I have now, but those challenges are far behind me.
I am proud of the work I have put into my own body and I want to help others achieve the same. Since my last injury in 2016, I have now been functional strength training for over seven years. I have dedicated much of my life to improving my physique and pushing myself every day.
I am a strong believer that with the correct training program, mindset and drive, these goals can be achieved naturally and without enhancements. To me, weight training is so much more than a hobby. It is something I am completely passionate about and take pride in.
I want to be able to share my love for training and extensive knowledge and experience with others to help them achieve their own goals.
My name is Zunair Bashir, head coach at Train With No Limits.
Fitness goes beyond physical appearance and a healthy body. Fitness is about a healthy mind.
In a world where frustrations and everyday challenges can leave one constantly stressed, fitness is a way to channel these negative emotions into body and mind positivity. Dedication to fitness has allowed me to give my body the respect and love it deserves.
Most significantly, the peace of mind and body consciousness that fitness brings has allowed me to strengthen the many other roles I play in my life outside of being a trainer. I leverage the lessons, skills and dedication from my fitness journey in order to be a better professional employee, friend, brother and son.
This journey has not been without its difficulties. I have had humbling setbacks that have challenged my progression as a competitive lifter and trainer. While these setbacks have not been without their adversities, they have only strengthened my internal and emotional reserve to reach the goals that I set for myself.
Looking back on ten strong years in dedication to fitness, I look forward to motivating, and being motivated by those around me at Train With No Limits.
My name is Ayla Krasa, Personal Trainer and head Holistic Nutritionist at Train With No Limits.
My mission is to help you discover your inner strength, fall in love with yourself all over again and show you that you are mentally, physically, and emotionally strong! Working out isn’t just about movement, it is about understanding the mind-body connection and tuning in with yourself.
My health and wellness journey started 12 years ago when I got my first concussion. I suffered from extreme post concussion syndrome and I was told I would never get rid of the pain I was going through. It was “something I had to live with”. Fast forward a couple of years I suffered from 2 more extremely bad concussions. I was left unconscious, lost my memory, had extreme difficulty reading, I had lost all facial recognition, speech, and I became dyslexic. Again I was told “this was going to be something I had to live with.” Not only was I told that I had to continue living through pain but I was also told I was never going to be able to play soccer again. I was a professional athlete and during this time had been scouted to get a full ride scholarship for soccer. I was devastated.
I didn’t give up though! Now I was on a mission! I told myself that I was going to find an alternative way to heal my body without using medications prescribed to me. I wanted to deal with my internal root problems not just mask all the symptoms I was dealing with.
That is when I got into Holistic Nutrition and my entire world changed for the better! I started healing my body naturally, I found a new love and passion and started running marathons and triathlons. To date I have done 6 triathlons, 1 full marathon (42km), 25 half marathons (21km), 11 (15km) runs, 18 (10km) runs, 32 (5km) runs, and 4 Tough Mudders. Although I love to run, my main focus has always been seeing how strong I become though resistance training and weights.
Running, training in the gym, and focusing on clean nutrition has taught me a lot over the last couple years. Putting in hard hours of work to transform not just my physical body but my mental body and energetic body allowed me to understand my own strength and taught me that I could get through whatever came my way.
Today I am:
• Post concussion symptom FREE for 5 years now (migraines, headaches, blurry vision, floaters, inability to focus, inability to read without having dyslexic attacks, inability to comprehend)
• Repaired my gut health/ Suffered from severe digestive issues (constant bloating, cramping, indigestion, Candida 3 times, severe food allergies, Leaky Gut)
• Healed my hormonal imbalance and removed all hormonal acne (Extreme hospitalizing periods were constant for me)
• Healed from extreme mental health challenges (balanced my neuro chemicals)
• Have been more in tune with my body then ever before
• Healed my body from a binge eating disorder from a past personal trainer when I was in my late teens
My passion is to show you that you are more than what meets the eye. I want to teach you to connect with yourself, understand what your body is going through, teach you that this is a lifestyle change not a quick fix, and show you that your hard times are actually your strengths. I will stand by you every step of the way!
