Everyone is always trying to find the new way to burn that stubborn belly fat but the truth is you have to work hard inside and outside of the gym to shred those pounds! Losing weight can often be a challenge when you don’t have the right guidance or help and can lead to a slow painful process of feeling unmotivated and discouraged. That’s why we are here to help!

We are going to go over the top 3 ways on how to get rid of stomach fat as fast as possible! Don’t expect to transform completely overnight. But with consistency and dedication, you will reach your goals and look like a brand new person. So let’s jump right in!

Everyone thinks that cardio for weight loss is number one. That’s true and that’s false. It’s true because cardio and high intensity exercises burn the most calories and are definitely important when it comes to fat loss. But when you look at the bigger picture, you want to reduce body fat for good and not ever have it come back!

Weight training for fat loss is how you are going to build muscle which will not only have you looking toned and tight but also allowed you to burn more muscle when you’re resting. Even if I’m just sitting on the couch? YES! Lean muscle mass is a beautiful thing! Focus on strength exercises other wise known as compound exercises that will work multiple muscles at once.

This title can be misleading depending on how you look at it. Food is fuel. What you put into your body determines how your body is going to look & feel. Just like an expensive Lamborghini that takes high quality fuel to run efficiently, your body takes high quality food to run efficiently. Do you want your body to run like a Honda with cheap gas (McDonald’s) or a Lamborghini with top of the line fuel (Unprocessed food).

The food you put into your body needs to serve a purpose. Chicken or lentils is a great source of protein which will help your muscles repair and grow stronger. Oats or quinoa is a great source of carbs that will provide you with efficient energy for your workouts. Natural peanut butter or avocado will provide you with healthy fats to promote a healthy brain and hormone functions in the body.

Be smart with what you consume!

BEING MORE ACTIVE IN
EVERYDAY LIFE

All of our NLT clients are required to walk 10,000 steps a day which is known to be one of the best ways to reduce belly fat. It may sound like a lot but it’s really not that much. If you aren’t active at your job then you will need to go for at least a 30 min walk and try to get steps more steps within your everyday life like taking the stairs, parking far away from the buildings you are entering, walking on your
lunch break etc.

This can help you burn hundreds more calories without even stepping foot in the gym! This is one of the most important steps to anyone’s fat loss journey.
